When can I move in?
Daily 6am-10pm. If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime.
How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
We require a 10 day written notice before you move out 2 weeks prior to the end of month.
What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
We require a current, valid government issued ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).
Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No, we rent on a month-to-month basis, starting on the 1st of each month. We prorate mid-month entry coming in.
Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?
No. At the time of rental you will be given your own security pass code that will allow you access to your unit. Buildings have numbers on them for easy location.
How do I make a payment?
You can pay in person, stop in at our office, use our after hours Kiosk, mail a check, make a credit card payment through our website or call us over the phone. You may also sign up to have payments automatically charged to a credit card or debited from the checking account of your choosing.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, check, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.
How do I know how much storage space I will need?
You can either use our Storage Calculator on our website or call us for assistance. We’re here to help.
Do I need to bring my own lock?
We require tenants to use only our cylinder locks, we sell them in the office.
Am I required to have insurance on the items in my unit?
Yes. We require tenants to provide proof of insurance on all contents stored in their unit.
Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Only DEAD storage is permitted. No humans, animals, food, perishables, liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, or biological contaminants. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
